A “No Frills” New Year Break
Tired of the expense of New Year Breaks? Why is it that at New Year everything seems to cost twice as much?

New Year is very relaxed at Morwendon. In our lovely house overlooking the sea you can unwind and totally relax over the New Year period; enjoy our good food, value for money wines, beautiful countryside, sea views, our renowned hospitality and pay no more than you normally would, guaranteed.

There is no Champagne reception, no ultra expensive 5 course gala dinner with a live band. Just our usual warm welcome with tea and Bara Brith and our usual evening dinner at our usual GOOD VALUE prices. If you wish to stay up to see in the New Year, no problem – our bar will be open. But you may prefer to retire early for a good nights sleep in our comfortable rooms. Again it’s your choice.

Autumn and Winter can be a great time to visit Wales. It is less crowded, the scenery is stunning and the clean Welsh air will soon revitalise tired minds and bodies. Snowdon and the Snowdonia National Park, Caernarfon, Anglesey and the Lleyn Peninsula are all within a short distance and the whole area is a paradise for outdoor pursuits: -walking, beaches, exploring castles and historic sites, golfing and fishing, to name just a few.
